From our FAQs:

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
No, adjustments are generally not painful. Most patients feel a sense of relief and improved mobility right after treatment. You may hear a light popping sound as pressure releases from the joint. Some people notice mild soreness afterward, similar to light exercise, that fades within a day.
From our FAQs:
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, how long you have had it, and your goals. Some patients feel better in just a few visits, while longer-standing issues may need a more extended plan. After examining you, your doctor will recommend a personalized care plan with clear, realistic timelines.
